The IBAN is a unique bank account number assigned to each customer, used to facilitate local and international transfers accurately and securely. You can obtain your IBAN via your banking application.

What are the official working hours of the Bank?

Head Office working hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

Branches working hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 08:00 AM to 01:30 PM and from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM.

How can I obtain a Mastercard Debit Card and what are the fees and conditions for issuance?

You can apply for issuance of a Mastercard Debit Card by visiting the nearest branch of Aden Islamic Microfinance Bank, provided you hold an active bank account to complete the card issuance process. The fee for the Mastercard Debit Card is USD 10.

Do you offer Virtual Mastercard cards?

Yes. The banking application allows you to issue a Virtual Mastercard instantly for a fee of USD 1. You may fund the balance in the currency of your choice (Yemeni Rial, Saudi Riyal, or US Dollar).
